Steven Halbert grew up in Greenville SC. He holds an Associates Degree in Bible from Columbia International University, a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Arts Degree in English from Auburn University. Steven worked as a Sales Associate for a Wachovia Financial Advisor while he was at USC, and, while achieving his MA, he taught Freshmen English to Business Majors at Auburn University as well as serving as the co-chair of the English Graduate Association. Steven spent a year-and-a-half as a family-teacher at Thornwell Home and School for Children, and he and his wife Michelle are very excited to be back in Greenville. He enjoys serving at Miracle Hill where he feels that his eclectic background in childcare, business, and the arts can be used to the glory of God as he directs the children’s ministry.
