Sheldon Mitchell

Sheldon Mitchell is a native South Carolinian. He joined Miracle Hill Ministries in 2011 as Vice President of Children’s Ministries. Sheldon is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Later he attended Webster University where he earned a Masters Degree in Management and Human Resources Development.  Sheldon has worked the past 21 years for various community service organizations helping youth and their families overcome the challenges of life. Prior to joining Miracle Hill, Sheldon served as Program Officer for the Spartanburg County Foundation to help advance the Foundation’s program of work in the areas of competitive grant-making, donor engagement and community leadership.  He is married to Dr. Cassandra Mitchell who serves as an Education Administrator at USC Upstate and is the proud father of three sons Justin, Wesley and Isaiah.
